This control box now becomes a stand alone bar code matching system. Complete with relays, stack light, and multiple scanner model connectivity. This solution can read 1D and 2D codes on the fly and fire a relay to stop the process if there's a problem. This inline verification solution allows you to 100% grade your bar codes in a very high speed environment to the ANSI ISO 15416 standard. Using the Hawkeye verifier, and a customized pharma strobe light, we're able to grade codes at speeds of 3'/sec and product spacing of less than 1".
