Insert Matching and Mail Validation Solutions

Our solutions offer customized software solutions for your applications. Using Cognex cameras, we connect via Ethernet and trigger off the machine cycle to capture the document data in a synchronized fashion. Below are a few scenarios we've provided.
This solution has been retrofitted to an old mail insert machine. Rework function to help with machine jams so the entire line doesn't need purged. Move the 2nd camera to what ever pocket you want without counting how many are between cameras.
One camera setup that handles datamatrix or IMB.

1 item in envelope- 1st camera reads (log time of read) and show image real time. Integrated to the E-Stop if there is a "no read".

2 items in envelope- 1st camera reads, 2nd camera verifies that it matches 1st camera (log time of 2nd camera verification) show images from each camera in real time. Integrated to the E-Stop if there's a "no match"
