Detects the Presence of Text
Our solution can quickly detect the presence of text on both sides of a fast moving sheet of paper. The Cognex Checker 3G connected to the Cognex Sensor View make a nice stand alone solution
This solution has been designed to take a signal from a photocell which triggers both Checkers to inspect for text presence. They are both programmed to fire an output on a pass or fail. The fail signal also can stop the line. Integrated into an enclosure with DIN rail mounted i/o and an AB stacklight - This becomes a nice stand alone solution. We have a latching relay circuit as well with a reset button on the outside to release and allow the machine to restart

on a label.
