Location Tracking Software Solutions

Our Product Location Tracking solution allows the the user to be able to keep track of products by location so they can easily be found. It allows for multiple users to enter,move, and remove product and synchronize back to one PC database. Our customers are saving many hours each week compared to the time they used to spend driving around looking for product that's in a large yard or warehouse. This allows the host to manage the product data. Having the product information in a database also allows for other analysis to occur more easily. Factors like warehouse utilization, inventory turnover, worker efficiency and productivity. All of these become easier to track and make decisions based upon real time information. Data can be manually entered or by scanning the product and location bar code. A date/time stamp is tied to the transaction. This application runs on the mobile unit's web browser for a simple common interface into most company intranets. It allows for real time information so the product locations are always current. This application was written for the Windows Mobile environment for the Symbol MC50.  This device has a 1D 2D imager which makes it a lot easier to read the PDF code than using a laser.
