    This inline verification solution allows you to 100% grade your bar codes in a very high speed environment to the ANSI ISO 15416 standard. Using the Hawkeye verifier, and a customized pharma strobe light, we're able to grade codes at speeds of 3'/sec and product spacing of less than 1". Our software captures all the verification results from the ANSI ISO 15416 standard and stores them in a database for reporting and record keeping.

    Based on the powerful carefully configured Microscan Hawkeye verifier,customized light, and our software, This solution offers a truly comprehensive way to inspect 100% therefore assuring that you're producing quality bar codes. Our easy to understand interface allows you to quickly see how many bar codes have been graded and the rate of production. Customizable reports allow you to quickly provide your customer with the results.
    Fail Safe Grading
    100% inspection allows you to prove to your customer that the codes you're printing meet the specifications. It also allows you to spot downward trends in your marking or printing process. spotting trends allows you to make adjustments to the process before the codes become unreadable or a failing grade
    Visionscape I-PAK also provides very high speed and accurate decoding of Data Matrix and 1-D bar codes, including RSS. Advanced image processing algorithms perform even when Data Matrix codes are damaged or distorted due to printing or viewing distortions. Advanced error correction algorithms ensure that codes are decoded correctly.

    - % Max Reflectance — Percentage value of reflectance of lightest space.
    - % Min Edge Contrast — Percentage value of minimum edge contrast. Edge Contrast is the difference between the bar reflectance and space reflectance of two adjacent elements.
    - % Min Reflectance — Percentage value of reflectance of darkest bar.
    - % Symbol Contrast — Is the difference between the highest and the lowest reflectance values in a scan reflectance profile.
    - Decodability — The proportion of the available margin (between the ideal dimension of an element or combination of elements.
    - Defects — Are irregularities found within elements and quiet zones, and are measured in terms of element reflectance non-uniformity.
    - Modulation — The ratio of minimum edge contrast to symbol contrast.
    - Start/Stop Quiet Zone — The area outside the Start codeword that is 10 module long.
