Visionscape frame grabber boards are used to capture images from a variety of machine vision cameras into the host PC memory. All Visionscape boards offer on-board dedicated digital I/O for triggering, strobe control and general purpose I/O. The common Visionscape Software allows an application to be developed and to run on any board and the HawkEye 1600, leveraging user training and know-how required only for a single environment as well as application development investment.

Vision Processors
The Visionscape 4000 series vision processors are complete high-performance vision systems in a single PCI slot. The boards feature an on-board CPU, vision acceleration ASIC, memory, and on-board video output; completely off-loading all vision processing operations from the host PC CPU. They also feature on-board dedicated digital I/O and support a variety of machine vision cameras through camera interface daughter cards plugged on the main board.
